I recently came across a great news article, about Marsha Linehan, one of the pioneers of therapy for people who cut and otherwise hurt themselves. She is 68 years old and for the first time, revealing to the public her own struggles, because she doesn&#039;t want to &quot;die a coward&quot;. It takes that much time and courage, for a well-respected expert, to come forward.&#160;
