It is thoughtful, heartfelt, and inspiring. Thank you for having the courage and compassion to think about, and talk about, something so deeply personal and "heavy" for the people it affects. I recently came across a great news article, about Marsha Linehan, one of the pioneers of therapy for people who cut and otherwise hurt themselves. She is 68 years old and for the first time, revealing to the public her own struggles, because she doesn't want to "die a coward".
